As I mentioned last week, my husband and I headed up to Vermont for a short, impromptu vacation in an attempt to gain back a teeny bit of the sanity we've lost over the past few weeks (looking for a house). The fresh mountain air, the divine smell of pine trees wafting in our hotel windows, the stillness and peace of empty hiking trails, and soaking in a lovely sunset over Lake Champlain up in Burlington was just what we needed.
